Privacy

This policy covers the certrevo.com website. It does not cover a Certrevo deployment operated by an institute — in that case the institute is the data controller and its own policy applies.

What we collect

If you request a walkthrough we collect the name, email address, institute name and any notes you submit. We also collect standard server request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, which is retained in short-lived operational logs.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
  • To keep the site available and investigate abuse or faults.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your information.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
  • We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf in order to serve the site. Where we forward a walkthrough request into our own customer records, that system holds the details you supplied. We require each provider to process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained for a short operational window and then discarded. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@certrevo.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site sets one preference cookie to remember your light or dark theme choice. It carries no identifier and is not used for tracking.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
