The teaching, and whether it is landing

Getting someone enrolled is the easy half. The other half is whether they are still with you in week six — which you cannot know if the lessons live in one tool, the assignments in another, and the register in a spreadsheet.

What a student works through inside a program: recorded and live lessons, assignments to submit, and quizzes to pass. Their progress is tracked per item, so you can see who is keeping up before the cohort ends. Illustrative, with sample data.

Recorded and live, in the same program

A program does not have to choose. Recorded lessons a student works through at their own pace can sit alongside live sessions with a host and a join link.

  • Recorded lessons and materials, organised by module
  • Live sessions with their own schedule, host and recording
  • Materials attached where the student will look for them
  • Access opens when payment is confirmed, not before

02

Work to hand in, and quizzes to pass

A credential that means something has to be earned. Assignments and quizzes are how a program tells the difference between someone who watched and someone who did.

  • Assignments students submit, marked as work comes in
  • Quizzes with a pass mark you set
  • Submissions kept against the student and the cohort
  • Completion is what a certificate is issued against

03

See who has gone quiet

Per-student progress across a cohort, so a coordinator can reach the three people who have stopped turning up while there is still a cohort to return to.

  • Progress per student and per item
  • Cohort-level view of who is keeping up
  • Segments built from real states, ready to message
  • CSV export for your own reporting

Broadcast audiences built from the states your business actually cares about, not a newsletter list. The recipient count is shown before anything sends, and every transactional email is yours to edit and sends from your own domain. Illustrative, with sample data.

Bring one module

We will build it out with a lesson, an assignment and a quiz so you can see the student's side of it.
